Responsibilities:

Oversee operations and drive revenue across a region of Pure Barre studios
Recruit, train and develop a team of talented instructors and staff
Ensure consistent execution of Pure Barre's technique and superior service
Implement marketing/sales strategies to attract new clients and members
Analyze metrics and create action plans to achieve financial goals
Directly coordinate with all vendors, ensuring that studio retail/products are stocked with accurate inventory counts
Assist with training and supervision of Sales Representatives
Assist with Hiring and Managing all instructors at the studio
Enforce studio policies and procedures
Ensure all forms, administrative supplies, and studio literature is stocked and visible
Schedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions
Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio
All other duties as assigned

Studios: Pure Barre Gainesville & Pure Barre Potomac Falls

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
